  That depends on the texture of the hair and number of times the Brush has been applied, but usually after one or two times you can have a shiny and soft hair with an excellent result and a very natural look.

• What is the effect on my hair after applying the Brazilian Treatment?

  After the first time you do it, you will see it very straightened, hydrated and soft, with reduction of volume.

• What is the right way to do it?

  After washing the hair thoroughly with Deep Cleansing Shampoo and drying it out up to 80%, apply the Treatment and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes, then separate the hair in small sections, apply the flat iron 7 times on each section. If the customer just wants to reduce the volume without straightening the hair much, you can grab bigger section and then apply the iron. Remember that applying the flat iron thoroughly and slowly, several times, is the secret for an excellent result.

• Do the Inoar or any other products sold by Flow Keratin come with an instruction manual?

  All products come with step-by-step instructions, either on the actual bottle-label or on a separate sheet.

• How much of the product should I use?

What's Keratin?

Generally speaking Keratins are a fibrous structural protein, founded in mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles. There are various types of Keratin in one single animal. Keratin is the major protein molecule of the hair and these proteins generally contain large quantities of the sulfur-containing amino acids, particularly cysteine. Helical keratin molecules twist around each other to form elongated strands called intermediate filaments, formation of covalent chemical bond. This appears to be consistent with the physiological role of the keratins, which provide a tough, fibrous matrix for the tissues in which they are found.

What it does?

Keratin can fill in gaps in the hair cuticle that are cracked, dry or damaged. Our Keratin Treatments have natural keratin mixed or not with a varying levels of formaldehyde and other ingredients. When applied to the hair,  and then sealed in with the heat of a flat iron, components in the solution-formula helps to hold the keratin molecules together, which treats and straightens your hair keeping it that way between 2 to 4 months, depending on the treatment you pick.
